Zanzi is talking about which children at school go to the speech therapist.
Zanzi: Aish goes too but I can understand her (She was telling us about someone she couldn't understand).
Mama: Well, maybe Aish goes because she speaks a different language at home. She might not speak English with her parents. You could ask her sometime if she speaks English or Hindu with her parents.
Zanzi: Yeah, I'll ask her if she speaks regly (regular) language at home.
Mama: Well, ask her instead if she speaks English because her language to her is regular. Regular for her is whatever language she grew up speaking.
Zanzi: Does she cry regly at home?
Mama: Everyone cries the same, no matter what language you speak.
