FYI, Zanzi is EXTREMELY competitive

Mama reads the back of the cereal box to the girls:

"The Tuesday before Lent is known as Pancake Day in England.  A fun part of the day begins when the church bells ring.  Then, women of the town race to the church with a skillet of pancakes.  The first one to arrive wins a kiss from the bell ringer."
